"A Human Body" is a song produced by British band Queen with Reinhold Mack, for the album 'The Game'. Credited to Roger Taylor, who also sings it, features on the B-side of 'Play The Game' and is also the album's only outtake. Eventually appeared on the 2011 deluxe edition as a bonus track.
Background
In the late 1970s, Queen was searching for a new sound for their next project, while three of the members were developing their own, including Taylor. With this in mind and Mack's guidance, he would write three songs for the album: "A Human Body", "Coming Soon" and "Rock It (Prime Jive)".
Production
Mack recalls the song was originally intended to be included on the album, but would be replaced with Coming Soon because May and Mercury argued that would make it too melodic.
